Season Calendar

Little Athletics is held every Friday night at Duffy’s Oval- Duffy’s Rd, Terrigal. In extreme weather conditions the evenings events maybe called off for safety. Notifications will be posted on this website and on the TWLAC facebook page.

Regular Event NightsSeason commences Friday 11th October 2019.

The season commences on Friday 5 October 2018. There is a small break over the Xmas/new year period returning in January and running until Friday 15 March 2019.

Gala Days-

run by various clubs around the State – we try to fill you in via our facebook page when we receive these details. Attendance to these events are non-compulsory but feel free to attend if it suits you. (Read the Run for Fun Magazine from NSW Little Athletics given out on registration day)

Zone Championships:  30th November/1st December 2019

Terrigal/Wamberal competes against all Central Coast clubs- Gosford, Woy Woy, Wyong, Tuggerah and Toukley.  All athletes U7 and older can enter to compete at  Zone.  There is no cost to compete at Zone once you are a registered athlete.  Zone is held in November this year at the Mingara Track, Tumbi Umbi . More details and entry forms will be available closer to the event.

Regional Championships :  February 1st/2nd

Central Coast competes as Region No. 2. This event is held in February this year and is held at Glendale Sporting Complex, in the Lake Macquarie City Council area, south of Newcastle.  Athletes must qualify to compete via Zone Championships.

State Championships:   March 14th/15th

Held each year in March at SOPAC  (Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre- Homebush) Athletes must qualify via Regional.
