Attention all athletes: Tuesday  training for this afternoon at Duffy’s has been cancelled. Sorry for any inconveniemce. Wednesday training ( sprints and for tomorrow only- Throws training) is still on at this stage- even with the heat predicted- but check the usual channels  before going to Duffy’s Tomorrow at 4pm.
