Parents whose children are attending the Zone Championships should have received an email from Michele Simos with a link to the Volunteer Roster for the Zone Championships – it is different than the roster for the regular Friday night competitions. The email also contains a spreadsheet showing your child(ren)’s events and the event schedule for the weekend – all of which are helpful as you select your duties. As a reminder, all parents with children participating at the Zone Championships have a volunteer requirement for the weekend.
Thank you to those parents who have already signed up. However there are a large number of parents who have not yet selected their zone duties. Please do so as soon as possible so that we can ensure coverage throughout the weekend. We will post a list on Friday of those who still need to sign up – right now the list is far too long!
Please review the instructions at the beginning of the roster very carefully before selecting your duties.
